How to get there: take the elevator from the main terminal hall up to Floor 3, find the elevator next to check-in counters 1 or 22, then ride up to the 5th floor shopping area.

Before my departure, I called Taoyuan Airport customer service to confirm the details. The facilities are equipped with body wash, shampoo, a vanity area, air conditioning, and a trash bin. However, there are no hair dryers, so please bring your own if needed.
My Actual Experience and Video
I used the south-side shower room in June 2024. When I arrived, the floors of both stalls were wet — clear signs of previous use — and the air felt a bit stuffy. I picked the left one: it had both a handheld showerhead and a rain shower mode, but the toggle switch seemed broken, so I ended up using the rain shower. The hot water and pressure were reasonably stable. The space was large enough that I could wheel in two suitcases and lock the door — which was the thing I cared about most.
